The production of steel barrels is the main activity of the company. The quality of all types of metal drums meets the highest requirements of the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. Production is carried out on the basis of the latest achievements in the field of industrial packaging, which allows us to guarantee full compliance of products with the requirements of the UN and GOST for the transportation of goods of various hazard categories.

• Steel barrels with a capacity of 210 liters. comply with GOST 13950, as well as stringent UN regulatory requirements for the packaging of non-hazardous and dangerous goods of groups I, II, and III.
• The diameter of a standard open-top drum is 610 mm with a locking ring. In addition, for optimal use of the space of cargo containers, drums with an outer diameter of 585 mm are produced.
• Longitudinal weld and two 3-fold, seven-ply seam seams with bottom sealant ensure robust drum construction.
• The removable top bottom is equipped with various types of seals, and the locking ring is equipped with a lock. Necks, 2 and 3/4 inches in size, can be cut into the removable upper bottom, which are sealed with seals.
• All steel drums are subjected to leak tests, most of which are done with differential pressure testers.
• Steel drums can be internally coated with phenolic and epoxy-phenolic resins in accordance with the RDL Universal Internal Coating System standards. The RAL color system guarantees the quality and uniformity of standards for external coatings of barrels.
• At the request of the customer, barrels can be painted in the appropriate corporate colors with a company logo or product information.

Standard specifications
Material: Cold-rolled steel 08PS. Conforms to international standards ISO3574 or EN10130/EN10131.
Necks: Two 2" and 3/4" necks can be cut into the top bottom, which are manufactured in accordance with the international standard ISO15750. The necks can be completed with sealing caps, which can be painted at the request of the customer, including with a logo. Necks include high quality gaskets.

Cask construction:
Shell: Welded longitudinal seam. Reinforced ribs. Additional stiffening ribs (corrugation) are applied to barrels with a wall thickness of 1.0 mm or less, which increases the mechanical resistance of the barrel to internal vacuum compression.

Assembly: Three-fold seven-layer rolling seam provides the most reliable connection of the shell with bottoms

Standards: GOST 13950, 26319 and ISO 15750-2 or equivalent standards (eg EN210).

Internal coating.
If the clean steel inner surface of the drum is not suitable for packaging your product, then the company offers high-quality phenolic or epoxy - phenolic coatings of the RDL system.

External coating.
The barrel can be painted in any RAL color or custom-designed, including the application of a logo or trademark on the body of the barrel.

Transportation.
Steel drums are regularly checked by independent expert organizations for compliance with UN requirements and such transportation standards as RID / ADR / IMDG / ICAO. Our drums are one of the most reliable packaging solutions for transporting dangerous goods.
